Chronic Obstructive Pulminary Disease (COPD)
COPD, emphysema, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is a chronic condition that causes breathing symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, and wheezing. It is a chronic progressive condition. It is often seen in smokers and families of smokers, however, it can also be seen in people chronically exposed to pollution or dust in the air.
COPD can be treated through nutrition and medications. We have the equipment in our office to properly diagnose this disease enabling us to offer proper treatment.
