The standard American diet is filled with many processed "foods", toxins, and empty calories. It is often the cause of disease and dysfunction. Our bodies don't know how to use many of the chemicals that are in the "foods" found in our standard diet. This leads to toxin storage in our fat and between our cells, and can lead to bodily dysfunction. Through the improvement of nutrition we can often reverse disease.
We strive to identify nutritional deficiencies through lab work, physical exam and patient history. With this information we are able to design individualized nutrition plans to help our patients receive maximum function and shape of their bodies.
