Brian J Rodgers DO

Family Practice and Preventative Medicine
Dr. Rodgers provides a full spectrum of family practice care including: preventative medicine, children’s health care, adult healthcare, and osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Rodgers is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Osteopathic physicians receive an additional 300 - 500 hours in the study of hands-on manual medicine and the body's musculoskeletal system.

Osteopathic Medicine
Osteopathic medicine is dedicated to treating and healing the patient as a whole, rather than focusing on one system or body part. A doctor who is a DO tends to evaluate a person’s health in terms of viewing the body as a complex related network. Any disease affects the whole body. Emphasis in training is given to preventative care and on the philosophy of taking time with patients to assess their total health and total health needs.

Philosphy of Care
Dr. Rodgers offers an open minded approach to your healthcare; he begins this approach in taking the time to get to know you and your history. Dr. Rodgers realizes your physical, mental, and emotional well-being are all inter-related; he will do what it takes to identify and address underlying causes to your health concerns. As a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Rodgers has the ability to prescribe medication, care for hospital patients, and use Osteopathic manipulative medicine. Dr. Rodgers focus is on the entire person from the young to the elderly and everyone in between.

Dr. Rodgers looks forward to meeting and caring for you!
