We want to prevent disease before it happens. One way to do that is to have regular physicals where we do age appropriate
directed exams to make sure that your body is in top condition. We then are able to suggest changes in lifestyle, nutrition,
supplements or medicines to help return you back to optimal health.
Types of Physicals
We are able to do the following types of physicals: Well Child, Kindergarten, Head Start, Sports, Camp, Mission, Adult, Geriatric and DOT physicals.
How Frequently Should I have a Physical?
We like to see people at the following intervals:
- Children: 2 weeks, 2, 4, 6, 9 and 12, 15, 18, 24 months, then yearly.
- Youth (12-18) Yearly
- Adults: 18-30 every 3-5 years, 30-50 every 2-4 years, and over 50 every year.
